ICAO REGIONAL SUPPLEMENTARY PROCEDURES8.33 channel spacingThe European Regional Supplementary Procedures are applied in accordance with Doc 7030.Aircraft operating in airspace within Vilnius / are required to be equipped with 8.33 KHZ channel spacing capable radios.State aircraftExemption from the 8.33 KHZ channel spacing capable radio equipage requirement is granted for State aircraft operating in controlled airspace and airspace class G within Vilnius FIR/UIR on condition that these flights are equipped with radio operating in the band and are able to establish and maintain two way radio communications with the appropriate unit prior to entering the airspace. State aircraft will be handled on 25 KHZ VHF frequencies: Sector U – FL 660/FL 335 132.275 AOR Sector M – FL 365/FL 335 FREQ 133.425 MHZAOR Sector L – FL 335/FL 095 FREQ 133.300 MHZAOR Sector E – FL 255/FL 095 FREQ 135.375 MHZVilnius sector – /FL 095 FREQ 123.850 MHZKaunas sector FIS – GND/FL 095 FREQ 124.600 MHZSiauliai sector FIS – GND/FL 095 FREQ 124.450 MHZPalanga sector FIS – GND/FL 095 FREQ 127.725 MHZVilnius – FREQ 120.700 MHZVilnius – FREQ 118.200 MHZKaunas TMA/CTR – FREQ 124.200 MHZ, ALTN FREQ 118.500 MHZPalanga TMA/CTR – FREQ 124.300 MHZ, ALTN FREQ 118.300 MHZSiauliai TMA/CTR – FREQ 120.400 MHZReduced Vertical Separation Minimum (RVSM) AirspaceThe airspace within the Vilnius FIR/UIR between FL 290 and FL 410 inclusive, as described in ENR 2.1, is airspace.Within this airspace, the vertical separation minimum shall be:1 000 FT (300 M) between approved aircraft;2 000 FT (600 M) between:non-RVSM approved State aircraft and any other aircraft operating within the EUR RVSM airspace;formation flights of State aircraft and any other aircraft operating within the EUR RVSM airspace;an aircraft experiencing a communications failure in flight and any other aircraft, when both aircraft are operating within the EUR RVSM airspace.
