LTSA shall inform on the exemption made, and the basis for an exemption decision, the competent authorities of the European Community Member States and the European Commission.</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169114" Updated="No" class="li1">While submitting permission for flights, LTSA shall acknowledge exemption decisions made by another European Community Member State in respect of aeroplanes entered into its aircraft register.</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169116" Updated="No" class="li1">In exceptional cases LTSA may temporarily allow operation of an aeroplane that does not meet the requirements of item 2., at airports of the Republic of Lithuania, if:<x:ol xml:space="preserve" id="i169118" Updated="No" class="lia05cm"><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169119" Updated="No" class="lia05cm">operation of an aeroplane is so significant that it would be unjustifiable to decline to grant a temporary exemption;</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169121" Updated="No" class="lia05cm">an aeroplane performs a non-commercial flight related with its repair, maintenance and modification.</x:li></x:ol></x:li></x:ol></e:Sub-section><e:Sub-section Number="" id="i139001" Updated="No" class="Body"><e:Title id="i139002" Updated="No" class="TitleSection" xml:space="preserve">EYSA AD 2.22 FLIGHT PROCEDURES</e:Title><e:Sub-section Number="1" id="i169128" Updated="No" class="Body"><e:Title id="i169129" Updated="No" class="Title1" xml:space="preserve">General</e:Title><x:p xml:space="preserve" id="i169130" Updated="No" class="Paragraph" xmlns:x="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">All flights within Šiauliai TMA and Šiauliai CTR shall be conducted in accordance with FPL.</x:p></e:Sub-section><e:Sub-section Number="2" id="i169170" Updated="No" class="Body"><e:Title id="i169171" Updated="No" class="Title1" xml:space="preserve">VFR and IFR flights procedures within Šiauliai TMA</e:Title><x:div xml:space="preserve" id="i169172" Updated="No" class="Paragraph11" Number="2.1" xmlns:x="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> ATC clearance for VFR and IFR flights will be issued on the following conditions:</x:div><x:ol xml:space="preserve" id="i169173" Updated="No" class="lia" xmlns:x="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169174" Updated="No" class="lia">FPL and request of ATC clearance has been submitted in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012;</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169175" Updated="No" class="lia">ATC clearance shall be obtained before the aircraft enters the TMA;</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169176" Updated="No" class="lia">position reports shall be submitted in accordance with the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012; </x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169177" Updated="No" class="lia">deviation from the ATC clearance may only be made, if a prior permission has been obtained;</x:li><x:li xml:space="preserve" id="i169178" Updated="No" class="lia">two-way radio communication shall be maintained on the frequency prescribed.
