Instructions for the completion of NOTAM

Choose:

ESTIMATED - if the information validity term is uncertain or this period can be extended.

In this case, it will be necessary to send additional information regarding the replacement or cancellation of the issued NOTAM. The notice must be sent not later than:

If the NOTAM is valid for up to 1 day: 6 hours before the specified EST time;
If the NOTAM is valid from 1 day to 1 month: 1 day before the specified EST time;
If the NOTAM is valid from 1 month to 3 month: 3 days before the specified EST time.

UNFORESEEN - when the exact validity term of the information is known.

PERMANENT - when the information is of a permanent validity and will be incorporated in the AIP.
